CUBASEの機能に、情報ラインというものがあります。
これはMIDIに対して音の長さや強さを調整したり、オーディオファイルの音量や移調、フェード入れたりもできます。
これに慣れればマウスでの作業よりも、効率良く編集や調整をすることができ、作曲の質も上がります。
他にも微調整を使って、ノートのタイミングをズラすのにも良いです。
これにより、サウンドの機械化を軽減できます。

・情報ラインの使い方
プロジェクト画面左上の赤囲みをクリックし、
「情報ライン」をチェックをします。
このように、画面上部に表示されます。
・キーエディターでの使い方
MIDIノートの、調整や編集が行えます。
インストゥルメントトラックのイベントをダブルクリックし、
キーエディターに入り、ノートを選択します。
すると、上部の情報ラインに情報が表示されます。
ドラッグで範囲選択すると、一括でノートの長さや強さなど調整できます。
小節数、拍数、表裏、ティックの説明
「開始」「終了」「長さ」の値は、「小節数、拍数、表裏、ティック」を表しています。
上は「０小節目、１拍、表(１表２裏３表４裏…)、１１９ティック」です。
値をダブルクリック、キーボードで入力します。
開始と終了
「開始」は赤い矢印、ノートの始まりの値です。
「終了」は青い矢印、ノートの終わりの値です。
長さ
ノートの開始から終了までの値です。
ベロシティ
音の強さを表していて、０から１２７までの値です。
情報ラインの「ベロシティー」に数字を入れると、下部のスライダーをマウスで動かさず、強さを調整できます。

その他の調整
「ピッチ」はノートの音程を変更の際、使用します。
「チャンネル、オフベロシティー、アーティキュレーション、リリースの長さ、テキスト」は、それほど使用しないので省略します。
・プロジェクト画面での使い方
オーディオファイルなどの、調整や編集が行えます。
イベントを選択すると、上部の情報ラインに音量や移調など、情報が表示されます。
ファイル
ファイル名を記入できます。
しなくても作業できますが、録音したボーカルや楽器名など、分かりやすく名前を付けると迷わなくていいです。
開始、終了、長さ
ここは、キーエディターでの使い方と同じです。
上部の記事を参考にして下さい。
オフセット、スナップ
それほど使用しないので、今回は省略します。
フェードイン
徐々に音量が上がります。
このように、開始位置に斜め線が入ります。
曲の始めに、よく使用されます。
フェードアウト
徐々に音量が下がります。
フェードインとは逆に、斜め線が入ります。
曲の終わりに使用されます。
開始、終了、長さと同じように入力します。
ボリューム
音量を調整します。
ボリュームを上げると波形も大きくなり、下げると小さくなります。
ロック
鍵をかけることができます。
ロックすると、編集できなくなります。
移調
キー(音の高さ)が変わります。
１で半音上がり、－１で半音下がります。
微調整
ピッチが変わります。
数字を上げるとピッチが上がり、下げると下がります。
プロジェクトの調
プロジェクトのキーを変更した際など、使用できます。
追従で変更され、独立で影響されない。
・音の長さの細かい微調整
これにはマウスを使う方法、情報ラインのティックを使う方法があります。
・マウスのドラッグ
ノートの端っこを、「Ctrlキー＋左ドラッグ」で調整します。
・情報ラインのティック
ノートを選択して、赤囲み「長さ ティック」をダブルクリック。
数字を入力するか、マウスのホイールを回すと微調整ができます。
上記と同様に範囲選択し、一括での微調整もできます。

僕の場合、曲をキー高めに作ってしまいがちで、「プロジェクトの調」結構使います。
移調はトラックを使うこと多いですが、プロジェクト全体でキーを変えると、音程概念の無いドラムはキットが変わり音色もバラバラ…。
そこで「独立」に設定することで、ドラムのみキーが変わらずそのままの音色で演奏できます！
